Summer Journaling Series: A 6-Week Lunchtime Writing Workshop

Tuesdays, July 7 - August 11 (6 Sessions) [REGISTRATION OPENS JUNE 8]
12:00 - 1:00 p.m.

Instructor: Christine Wolf, Trauma-Informed Memoir Coach
Registration fee: NU $49, Public $59

Build a writing practice you'll actually keep. This six-week lunchtime workshop combines short instructional segments with sustained, uninterrupted writing time — so you leave each session having actually written something.
Each Tuesday, facilitator Christine Wolf introduces a theme (from silencing your inner critic to finding your voice to writing with clarity), then gives you 25 protected minutes to write. No required homework, no critique, no pressure to share. Just show up, bring a notebook, and let the writing take care of the rest.
The series follows a gentle arc from permission and foundation to voice and sustainability — but each session stands alone, so drop-ins are welcome. No writing experience is required.
